Can risk have a friendly face for people participating in IT projects? Of course it can. But... After meeting certain conditions. The presentation includes helpful tips on how to define these conditions and an explanation of the nature of risk, as well as the role that the ability to identify and assess it plays in the success of the project.
We will check whether P.A.P.ER can be an antidote to threats, including "special" threats (e.g. related to reputation or contract terms). We will also answer the question of why now the perfect time is to invest in acquiring knowledge and skills in the field of risk management.
