About Event

The demands of leadership can take a toll on our mental and emotional health. The holiday season, with its added pressures, can further intensify these challenges.

Join us for this Heal & Lead Circle for "The Barrier Breaker" as we explore the importance of rest  in maintaining leadership effectiveness and resilience. Together, we will:

  • Identify personal beliefs that impact your decision-making that contribute to over productivity and challenges your ability to relax.

  • Learn to delegate and release tasks without compromising your leadership and impact.

  • Inspire others through positive role modeling, demonstrating how you prioritize care by protecting personal time and energy.

This is a free online community event! If you feel moved, we invite you to make an optional donation to SeekHer Foundation. Your kindness will help support our non-profit initiatives to bridge the gender gap of mental health and power more women for the greater good.

About This Event

Empowering women from different walks of life, Heal & Lead Circles are themed monthly guided experiences led by SeekHer Foundation. Through these circles, women heal, thrive, and develop leadership skills by building confidence and finding their voice. Together, we explore tools and practices that support women as they navigate specific roles, lived experiences and aspirations.

As the Barrier Breaker, you are a courageous and ambitious leader who challenges the status quo and strives to break down barriers in your careers and professional field. You possess strong self-belief and are unafraid to advocate for yourself and others, while understanding that true leadership comes from within and isn't defined by titles or positions.

This community event is for informational purposes only, and not intended to be a substitute for professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your mental health professional or other qualified health providers with any questions you may have regarding your condition.
