AI, Collaborative Decision Models, and Visual Search 🔍 (BrAIN + Poshmark)

We’re thrilled to announce our upcoming BrAIN event, co-hosted by Poshmark! This in-person gathering will feature two exciting talks that delve into the cutting-edge of AI and decision-making models.
Here’s what you can look forward to:

​1. "An Agentic and Collaborative AI Assistant for Building Decision Models"
Speaker: Lonnie Chrisman, CTO of Lumina Decision Systems
Lonnie will be demonstrating Assista, an AI assistant designed to help build and interpret decision models using Analytica software. From structuring complex real-world problems into influence diagrams to aiding with the finer details like documentation and probability assessment, Assista does it all! Lonnie will also share insights into its implementation and technical challenges. A live demo will showcase its capabilities firsthand.

​2. "Visual Image Search at Poshmark"
Speaker: Anshu Jain, Director of AI/ML at Poshmark
Anshu will walk us through the fascinating AI/ML features that power Poshmark's Visual Search. The talk will cover the ML architecture, key components of visual search, the use of vector databases, and the API architecture that makes it all possible. ​Please Note: Poshmark is on the 8th floor. Attendees will have to take the elevator to come up. Main building doors are locked at 6PM so late arriving attendees will not be able enter the building.
