Explore women's wellbeing in the workplace and beyond in this monthly roundtable series led by SeekHer Foundation. Connect with fellow advocates to discuss how we can raise awareness, build alignment, and cultivate accountability around key issues impacting women's wellbeing. Through open dialogue and collaborative action, we'll work together to create a ripple effect of positive change, shaping our workplaces and communities for the better.

About The Speakers

Kendra Tolbert, MS, RDN, RYT is an award-winning registered dietitian and yoga teacher specializing in women’s health and fertility. She weaves together nutrition, yoga, and mind-body coaching to help people make peace with their bodies and prepare for pregnancy with a sense of joy and ease. In addition to working with clients one-on-one in her private practice and consulting, Kendra shares mindfulness, yoga, and nutrition videos via her YouTube channel, Live Fertile.

Lyndsey Harper, MD is a board certified obstetrician-gynecologist and the Founder and CEO of Rosy. With easily accessible, medically verified information, research-backed solutions, and help from a supportive community, Dr. Harper and Rosy are on a mission to bridge the gap between women and healthcare providers and elevate the health of all women. 

Dr. Harper is Associate Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology for Texas A&M College of Medicine, a Fellow of The American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, and a Fellow of the International Society for the Study of Women’s Sexual Health.

Kate Hermosura, EdD serves as the Lead of Women’s Wellbeing & Leadership Development at Seekher Foundation. She has over 13 years of experience across a range of educational contexts working directly with students, parents, schools, and allied health professionals. As a critical feminist scholar and practitioner, her research focuses on the intersection of identity, leadership, and critical feminism in developing diverse and inclusive leaders to transform organizations. She brings passion, energy, and expertise in leadership development, community building, and strategic partnerships. She is committed to amplifying women, expanding access to mental health, and supporting the use of outdoor spaces as tools for healing and connection. Kate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Social Behavior, a Master's degree in Public Health, and an Education Doctorate degree in Organizational Leadership.
