Java & AI Coding Assistants: a Force multiplier?

​Abstract:

​Github Copilot, ClaudeMind and Continue are a few of the tools that can be used to integrate AI into a developer's workflow.  They are all designed to help make coders more productive.  This talk will be an introduction to some of these tools and some of the ways you can use them.  We'll go over some of the lessons we've learned along the way.  We'll provide some of the situations in which the tools can help a developer.  Ideally attendees will come out with  a better understanding of AI Coding Assistants, some of the things they can and can not do and a desire to learn more.
