Techno Yoga Con Live DJ

​Ya ha llegado la tercera edición de TECHNO YOGA by Mellow Mente Yoga @mellowmenteyoga. Esta vez con LIVE DJ! @djen_music

La clase de yoga será multinivel, principiantes bienvenidxs.

Horario:
18.45h-19h llegadas
19h-20h clase de yoga dinámico, estilo vinyasa con música electrónica melódica.
20h-20.30h yoga nidra (meditación tumbada)
20.30h-21h tiempo para socializar, tomarte un té :)

qué traer:
- ropa con capas (entrarás en calor para la clase de vinyasa, pero quizás querrás un jersey para la meditación).
- mente y corazón abierto :)
- tienen esterillas allí pero si prefieres puedes traer la tuya

*no se permiten cancelaciones/reembolsos, pero, si no puedes asistir de último momento, podrías dar tu entrada a un amigx.

18.45-19h arrivals, find your mat
19h-20h dynamic vinyasa yoga class with melodic electronic music
20h-20.30h relaxing, meditative yoga nidra
20.30h-21h time to socialize and have a tea

what to bring:
- comfortable, layered clothing (you will sweat for the dynamic vinyasa, but will probably want a sweater for the nidra)
- an open heart and mind :)
all yoga mats will be provided, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.
