About the expert:

Aashna Namle is a Clinical Psychologist (Licensed by The Rehabilitation Council of India). She is a qualified Psychologist who is motivated to bring about unique and creative therapeutic practice in the workplace by pushing the boundaries of theoretical approaches and catering to the specific needs and goals of clients. Adept at problem-solving, she has successfully worked with a large number of clients with varied issues like Substance Use disorders, Anxiety, Depression, and other mental health issues.

An ardent student and practitioner of Buddhist philosophies and Mindfulness-based approaches to therapy, she has not only participated in several formal meditation, presence, and Buddhism-oriented teachings but has also integrated this knowledge with conventional therapeutic approaches in her role as a clinical phycologist to design innovative approaches of working with her clients.
