​In this talk, Jeongmin Kim shares his personal journey of building a sustainable design career — not through dramatic leaps, but through small habits, steady learning, and quiet persistence. Drawing parallels with long-distance running, he reflects on how staying curious, sharing with others, and focusing on the process has helped him grow as both a designer and a person.

🎤 Speaker Bio
Jeongmin Kim is a Staff Product Designer at KAYAK, where he leads the design of AI-powered features. Before moving to the U.S., he worked at Naver in South Korea, designing services like the Naver App, Papago, and various experimental projects. He also published a book about Framer for designers. These days, he’s focused on designing practical AI experiences and finding better ways to work and grow as a designer and father.
