​​Figuring Shit Out is pleased to present its third Speaker Series event. Not another panel, fireside chat or Q&A, our speakers have actually sat down & carefully thought about what they want to say. We work with highly experienced technology professionals to deliver a tight 40 minutes of stories that are directly useful to startup founders, built from hard won experience within their area of expertise.

​Startup founders build their companies through grit and determination, overcoming obstacles, doing whatever needs to be done to be successful. As the startup reaches the sales scale stage, that same approach can become a liability, making the founder a bottleneck to scale, with inconsistent sales & underutilized resources. Wise founders realize this and redirect their grit from "I'll do it" to "I'll lead it". In this talk, Sami will share a few practical stories on how founders can achieve that shift in mindset and change their behavior to allow their startups to scale their sales.
