​7:15 AM – 20-minute city run, 3.5km all paces welcome, nobody left behind! 🏃‍♀️

​7:35 AM – Strength, stretch, sweat! 10 min community workout 💪

​8:00 AM – Breakfast, beats & boogie back at Coco Café 🎶🍳

​9:00 AM – Free showers + coworking 🚿💻
