


Myofascial Release Workshop
Description:
Release deep-seated stress stored in your fascia, the connective tissue that is linking all bodily systems. While muscle is elastic, fascia is plastic. That means it dehydrates and hardens under stress or prolonged sitting, leading to high body tension, poor posture, shallow breathing or chronic pain.
In this 90-minute workshop, you will first learn about neuroscience to understand the impact of stress on the body and how to release fascia to alleviate stress on a cellular level. Then you'll get practical with a posture alignment check to map areas of restriction, followed by a full-body myofascial release session that instantly calms your nervous system and increases body awareness.
You'll improve your body intelligence and leave rejuvenated & balanced.

About Charlotte:
After spending years in the corporate world, Charlotte experienced high stress, chronic pain and burnout within herself and everywhere around her. Her anchor to prevent burnout was yoga & meditation.
In addition to teaching these ancient practices, she's certified in functional training and biomechanics (Human Biomechanics Specialist 1 at Functional Patterns) - a game changer in reducing chronic stress & pain. From there, Charlotte turned to neuroscience, translating cutting-edge research into actionable workshops aimed at reducing chronic stress in the body.
