About our Speakers:
Jay Teevan, Partner, Cross Creek
Jay joined Cross Creek in 2022 as Partner to lead Investor Relations and Capital Formation for the firm. Cross Creek is a Salt Lake City-based venture capital platform. Prior to joining Cross Creek, she served as Head of Consultant Relations for Commonfund Capital (now CF Private Equity), with a focus on private equity and venture capital products.. In 2015, Jay joined Artisan Partners as a Managing Director and Business Leader for the nascent credit team. She led IR for Strategic Value Partners in Greenwich, CT while also acting in the capacity of Product Specialist, and subsequently, as MD, led Consultant Relations for the firm. Jay’s career began as an investor in distressed debt and restructurings at Intermarket Corporation. Born and raised in Ireland, Jay holds a B.A from Trinity College, Dublin, and an MBA in Finance from NYU Stern.
Ronan Cunningham, MD, Spectrum Equity
Ronan is a Managing Director at Spectrum, where he leads Limited Partner relations and capital raising activities. Prior to Spectrum, Ronan was responsible for Capital Partnering at General Atlantic, and previously served as Head of Private Equity at the Irish National Pensions Reserve Fund and as a Partner at Adams Street Partners. Ronan holds an MBA from INSEAD and Bachelor of Commerce from University College Dublin.
Cian Cotter, MD, Insight Partners.
Cian Cotter is a Managing Director at Insight Partners. Cian joined Insight in 2003, and has over 25 years of experience in the software industry as both an investor and operator. Cian leads capital formation for Insight. Under his leadership, Insight’s AUM has expanded from $1.9 billion in 2005 to over $94 billion today.
As an investor, Cian focuses on financial technology and capital markets, and has previously represented Insight on the boards of current and former Insight portfolio companies including Fenergo, Nymbus, Mediaspectrum and Studio Moderna. Cian is responsible for creating strategic outcomes for Insight's portfolio companies including IPO planning and execution, recapitalizations and M&A advisory.
Cian holds a Bachelor of Business Studies from the University of Limerick, Ireland and a Masters of Business Administration from HEC, France.

Orla Hanrahan is a Partner/Principal at Ernst & Young (EY). She works in Business Consulting, focused on enhancing the long-term resiliency of the world’s largest banks and asset managers and helping build trust in the capital markets. Prior to joining EY 10 years ago, Orla held Corporate Treasury and Liquidity Risk Management roles at J.P. Morgan in New York and London, Santander UK in London, and Bank of Ireland Corporate and Markets in Dublin. She received a B.A. Mod in Business, Economics, and Sociology from Trinity College Dublin.
