About the Speaker
Alex is the CEO and Founder of Breakthru, a platform that helps organizations build trust with youth online through gamification and educational tools. He is a former professional rugby player from Australia with over 13 years of experience in marketing and technology. Breakthru has raised over $4 million from investors such as Goodwater, Techstars, Old Line Capital, and 37 Angels. Notable partners include Sutter Health, Venmo, and the Democratic Party. Alex also serves on the board of Women in Sports Tech and was coaching a high school girls' rugby team in Harlem, New York, when he founded Breakthru.
