Recruiting software engineers for your startup

​It takes time and effort to find the right talent for your startup. You compete with many others for the right talent, sometimes with less attractive offers. And yet, as an early-stage startup, you must have someone to join and build your product. Many talented folks can be a great fit, but sourcing, sorting resumes, screening, and interviewing takes a LOT of energy.

​In this talk, I will review the process I use at DevMatch when our customers ask us to hire on their behalf. I will share examples of job descriptions, the platforms we use to post, tools to screen candidates, and tips on interviewing.
