Gamification for Climate

In partnership with the Museum of Natural History, the event will be a pedagogical evening about insects, biodiversity and climate change. The target audience is children 12 yrs and older with their parents. Participants will be invited to learn about insects and their role in the ecosystems through presentations from the museum and insect demonstrations. Participants will then be introduced to the new game proposed by Ambassador Monica, given a tutorial and then invited to try the game.
Following the demo, a short Q&A will follow in order to get feedback on the game and its impact.
Agenda:
· Introduction and presentation of the event
· Workshop on insect delivered by Museum Staff. Live meeting with some bugs (tbc)
· Introduction of Monica and the Ambassador ECP program
· GAME presentation and tutorial
· Participants play the game (20-30 mins)
· Follow up discussion and Q & A
· Food and drinks
