​About the Speaker:

​Tom is the CTO at AltFee, where he leads product and engineering to help law firms move beyond the billable hour. He’s been building and scaling web apps for over 20 years, mostly with Ruby on Rails, and has worked with startups, governments, and everything in between. These days, he’s focused on integrating AI into development workflows, from pairing with LLMs to building agentic systems in Rails.
