Tea Tasting (Members and +1's only)

​​Due to the high interest in the last tea tasting, we are doing another one at the commons!

​​We will intentionally taste some tea, but this time with an encouragement towards diverse tea cultures.

​You are invited but not encouraged to bring a special tea. Please also bring a small tasting cup.

​​I will bring 2 fine Chinese teas. If you have tea from another culture, such as Argentinian mate or Indian Chai, then you are especially encouraged to bring it this time!

​​If you bring a tea, please bring:

• ​​Brewing vessel

• ​​Brewing instructions (temperature, time per infusion)

​​About the teas I will bring, purchased from Yunnan Sourcing:

• ​​Ripe Pu'er from Yunan: An bold aged dark tea, reminiscent of campfires and wood. Has a strong calming and alerting effect. This variety also has notes of like chocolate and coffee.

• ​​Aromatic Dark Oolong: Strong fruity floral variety of oolong with notes of honey.
