Learning Event 2024: Emmanuel Trinity
What does it take to create 10,000 jobs for young Africans? Join us for our Learning Event with Founder Emmanuel Trinity and his journey to building era92 Creative, a marketing and brand agency that partners with organizations to build their online presence to increase sales/donations. In so doing, era92 Creative trains and employs young adults from the slums of Uganda.
Africa has the youngest population in the world, with over 60% of its population under 25. This demographic trend presents both opportunities and challenges for the continent. Youth unemployment in Africa is a significant issue. According to the African Development Bank, the unemployment rate among young people aged 15-24 is about 13.2%. This rate is even higher in some countries.
At Flourish Financial, we believe entrepreneurship is a viable solution to drive significant economic and social development on the continent. Initiatives like era92 Creative play a crucial role in empowering young Africans with skills and opportunities to escape poverty.
