Step into an evening of deep restoration and connection with candlelight vibes. You will be led through a restorative breathing journey facilitated by Joshua, while at the same time receiving Ahai energy healing from Christina to release blocks and create a space for renewal and balance.

This evening is a beautiful opportunity to not only connect more deeply with yourself, but also with other like-minded individuals in your San Diego community.

Water and tea will be provided to nourish your body and soul. Please bring a yoga mat, warm layers, and an open heart.
