Mary Alice Duff is a former chief of staff, former company founder and current fractional COO, CoS, strategic project leader, and management coach for high-impact organizations and their leadership teams. Her experience spans a variety of industries including the nonprofit world, edutech, hospitality, wellness, fashion and sustainable consumer products. Mary Alice has led teams as large as 150 ppl, organizations with budgets up to $10M and has international experience working with diverse teams across geographies and languages.
Currently, Mary Alice lives in the south of France and is a champion for remote work. When not working with clients or building up her portfolio career, Mary Alice can be found exploring off-the-beaten paths throughout southern Europe, cooking up something fierce in the kitchen or reading a good book.
