Tyler is the Founder, Chair & President of OUTbio San Diego which is focused on empowering LGBTQ+ biotech professionals through networking, education, advocacy, professional development & peer support in the greater San Diego area. He is also the Scientific Cofounder of i2o Therapeutics, a biotech startup developing novel biologic therapies.
