Information Session: Exploring Mentorship - Define the Mentor You Want to Be
About the Session
Mentorship is a powerful way to share your experience, support others, and continue learning. Whether you’ve formally mentored someone before or are simply curious about what it could look like, this session will introduce you to a structured way of exploring that interest.
We’re launching a 7-day, self-paced learning programme, "Exploring Mentorship: Define the Mentor You Want to Be”, designed to help you reflect on your experiences, define the kind of mentor you want to be, and explore how you might engage meaningfully as a mentor post-retirement.
Through short daily activities—articles, videos, reflection prompts—and one final project, you’ll get the space and guidance to shape your mentoring identity. No prior mentoring experience is required, just curiosity and a willingness to reflect.
This information session will give you a full overview of what the programme involves, how it works, and what you can expect. Attending this session is required if you’d like to register for the programme.
