​As Chartered engineer and product leader, Christina has spent over a decade working in male-dominated industries like manufacturing and tech. Early in her career, she struggled to speak up and assert herself. She turned this challenge into an opportunity for growth by investing in Exec coaching, a Harvard Power & Influence course and building a network of female role models.

Today, she runs a Product & Customer insights consultancy and as the creator of The Assertion Mastery, she helps women in STEM build confidence, assertiveness and influence.
