Founded by Mestra Gata Brava (Leigh Robertson), CMV has served the Lambertville, NJ and Bucks County, PA communities since 2009!
THURSDAY, AUGUST 1
LOCATION: GREENHILL ARTS CENTER
6:00pm-7:30pm: ALL AGES, ALL LEVELS - WELCOME CLASS AND GUEST OPEN RODA
7:30pm: Join us for dinner nearby at Pho Happy Bowl within the Buckingham Green Shopping Center.
We are thrilled to be hosting this years very special guests, joining us from Hawaii: Mestre Kinha & Contra-Mestra Globeleza of Capoeira Besouro!
FRIDAY, AUGUST 2

4:30pm-5:30pm: YOUTH WORKSHOP
5:30pm-6:30pm: ADULT WORKSHOP
LOCATION: LAMBERTVILLE, NJ*
7:30pm SHARP- until the fireworks begin: OPEN STREET RODA! **
8:30pm (Tentative): FIREWORKS!
*In the event of rain, the open roda will be held at Greenhill Arts Center.
Lambertville hosts a beautiful display of fireworks over the Delaware River, serving as the perfect backdrop to kick-off the weekend celebrating CMV and Capoeira! All are welcome to come, play, enjoy our walkable scenic town and watch the fireworks with us!
Open roda will be located at the corner of Union Street and Bridge Street at the light, right near the New Hope/ Lambertville Bridge. If the roda is too large, we will move down Bridge St a block to the church steps.
Please leave ample time for parking, the local bridge is currently only open from one way. Coming from PA, take the toll bridge (free). Download ParkMobile for extra ease, or there is plenty of free parking when you get away from the center of town.
**Street clothes permitted, please bring water and shoes for playing in case the pavement is hot.
SATURDAY, AUGUST 3 “O DIA DO CAPOEIRISTA”

2:00pm-3:00pm: YOUTH WORKSHOP
3:00pm-4:00pm: ADULT WORKSHOP
4:00pm: BREAK / SNACKS
*ALL CMV STUDENTS please be present and dressed in WHITE pants and event shirt (any color) at GAC no later than 4:40pm.
5:00pm: BATIZADO / TROCA DE CORDAS! OPEN RODAS TO FOLLOW
LOCATION: LAMBERTVILLE, NJ. Address will be shared with attending guests during event.
8:00pm (Tentative): FAMILY FRIENDLY AFTER PARTY!
