Lay down and do a few relaxing yoga poses sitting/laying down (no standing poses) to calm the body and then comfortably enter a guided visual mediation with breath that aims to induce a state of deep relaxation, a form of NSDR (non-sleep-deep-rest). Taking your body to sleep and your mind on a beautiful journey typically having deeper access to colors, experiences and visualizations. Deep rest before the week to come.

Cami has been a creative entrepreneur for 13 years embodying a loving, feminine energy, not only as a makeup artist/stylist by trade, but also known for being a beautiful space holder bringing together community. Cami is a Reiki 2 practitioner & writer/poet connecting others to their senses with her powerful words. She offers beautiful meditations that often take you on a journey within your body, heart, mind and soul. Cami has also mentored in Lake Atitlan, Guatemala, connecting with the indigenous there and in Chiapas Mexico, offering Ceremonial Cacao gatherings since 2021. She is graduating from 200 YTT at the renowned Yogamaya in Chelsea and continues to connect community effortlessly through her daily experiences and genuine human connection.
