This session will feature a presentation about revenue-based finance (RBF) for early-stage impact investing and an overview of the RBF term sheet and template for a simple Revenue Note. This template will be made available, free of charge, to the impact investor community.  In this session SMNYC’s pro bono counsel, Doron Goldstein, will discuss the mechanics and the legal framework of the revenue note template.
