This is a peer sounding-board session for a group of 6-8 product leaders, partnering with an executive coach, to explore a key challenge currently facing product leaders.
The session will bring together a curated group of leaders for an evening, which will:
Enable a deep exploration and discussion of key challenges facing product leaders today in a focused 90-minute session.
Offer participants the opportunity to reflect on their learnings and takeaways, and set goals to put them into action.
Create time and space for personal connection and relaxation by sharing a meal together after the session.
MASTERMIND TOPIC: Mastering Executive Presence
We all know those people - the ones who effortlessly influence senior stakeholders to get buy-in to their plans, inspire their teams to do their best work and pull people together to achieve great things with their confidently communicated visions.
But how do they do it?
In this session, we’ll break down the key aspects of executive presence and how we can level up our skills in the areas that might benefit from some new approaches and techniques. Participants will share their experiences, learnings, and challenges and receive coaching from the group coach and other participants to develop some fresh perspectives and gain practical takeaways.
