The Lean In Circle— Leaders @ Gies Bay Area, hosted by Saurabh Shetti, meets once a month for peer-to-peer mentorship, support, and leadership skill-building.
Our Lean In Circle will be a space for Gies Bay Area Leaders to support each other with their career and professional development goals.
We’ll meet for at least six months (until Dec 2025) and at each meeting, we’ll dive into a different topic, from transformational leadership to finding sponsors to accelerate your career.
