Web Summit meet-up

​**We are excited to invite you to our Web Summit meet-up**

​With the highly anticipated Web Summit Vancouver kicking off in May. We’re convening a panel of Vancouver leaders who can dig in on what they expect to see in May. We’ll share updates on conference planning and ways to engage and then kick it over to our panel for a conversation on opportunity, expectations, and the MVP for year one.

​Ken Sim – Mayor, City of Vancouver

​Bridgitte Anderson – CEO, Greater Vancouver Board of Trade

​David Seymour - VP AI Strategy + GM, Microsoft

​Edoardo De Martin – CoFounder + CEO, Industrio AI 

​Our speakers will talk about how Vancouver could leverage Web Summit to deliver objectives, investment, and growth for both the tech sector and our economy. Is it simply a case of better storytelling or do we need to think differently about how we build partnerships and take action?

​Join us on February 11 from 4-6:30pm at Microsoft Vancouver, 725 Granville Street, 7th Floor.

​Doors open at 4pm with refreshments and registration. The panel will run from 4:30-5:30pm, and guests are invited to stay for networking (and start planning) after. The event ends at 6:30pm. You will need photo id at the door.
