​This month, Shiver Lake, the east side's iconic cold plunge community, is not only back but better than ever! Join us for the Shiver Lake Block Party featuring a sauna, extended guided breathwork sessions, and our exciting new non-alcoholic bar.

​THE AGENDA:

• ​4:00 PM: Check-In (Plan time to find parking!)

• ​4:15 PM: Extended Guided Breathwork session —get ready to dive deeper into your mind and body alignment.

• ​4:45 PM: Cold Plunges & Saunas open with the option to be self-guided or coached. NA Bar Open.

• ​7:00 PM: Party wraps!
