This is a fun session using our incredible bodies as resistance!
We’ll work the entire body—focusing on balance, coordination, and mind-muscle connection.
Sundays will feature Full Body Complexes:
Each complex pairs 2 exercises, performed back-to-back for 2 minutes and 30 seconds, followed by 30 seconds of rest before the next set begins.
Expect:
High intensity, low impact
No jumping
Slow, controlled movement
Focus on depth, form, and breathing.
All levels are welcome!
