COMEX — short for Community Exposition — has traveled from Barcelona to the Dominican Republic to France, spotlighting grassroots leadership and collective growth. Now, for its fourth edition, it returns to Barcelona with a fresh format and a summer twist: COMEX Conversations: Community in Action.
This new, more intimate gathering is all about slowing down, tuning in, and learning directly from the people walking the talk. It’s less about panels and more about presence — a chance to hear real stories from those shaping community in ways that matter.
Under the theme “The Power of Community Practice: Stories from Barcelona to the Caribbean,” we’ll explore what it means to build, lead, and sustain purpose-driven ecosystems — from local experiments to global movements.
