​Prep Work: Setting intentions for the year requires some time and thought. Upon registration, please see the attached guide at the bottom of this page with our unique framework to successfully set your 2025 intentions and goals. You don't need to complete the entire guide (or any of it!) prior to this session, but the more work you do ahead of time, the more you'll get out of it!
