Decentralized Futures

​“Decentralized Futures" offers an intriguing exploration into how emerging technologies intersect with the arts, examining both the potential and the pitfalls through a discerning lens of speculation and skepticism. The evening will feature a gathering of art critics, curators, authors, academics and pioneering artists who are navigating the forefront of what decentralized tools can offer to the creative process.

​This unique gathering marks a collaboration between Columbia University School of the Arts’ Digital Storytelling Lab and the Solana Foundation, highlighting their efforts to push the boundaries of artistic innovation. The event is a part of a series of experiential learning meetups, fostered by a collaboration between Columbia DSL and Film at Lincoln Center, designed to provoke thought, discussion, and exploration among attendees.
