​"Cennect" for a daily cold plunge before Seattle Tech Week festivities. To connect better with others, it's important to have a strong connection with oneself. A quality self-care routine can help with that! Cold plunging is a proven method for many reasons, both physical and mental. So simple and so rewarding! And why not do with others in the community :)

​We will meet at Pocket Beach near the Olympic Sculpture Park, but if more convenient, I am collecting the names of beaches (list below) near your neighborhood and I will post in this event description for others to find.
