​About Liudmila Gapeyeva

Liudmila is an entrepreneur, educator, and certified systemic and agile coach with 7+ years of teaching experience in Entrepreneurship and Leadership at German and British universities. Currently pursuing a PhD at Södertörn University, her research focuses on how startup teams can use communal stress coping as a competitive edge.

​As co-founder of Inner Work Agency, Liudmila combines her expertise in business education, entrepreneurship, and systemic coaching to empower individuals and teams. Her international experience spans roles in organizations like OSCE and fields like project management, event planning, and marketing.
