Naomi Hattaway is an expert guide to organizations who are ready to do better when it comes to navigating workplace transitions. Her deep understanding of organizational health spans multiple industries and combines strategic visioning, organizational development, and community care. She delivers a deep commitment to equitable practices, appreciates tough conversations, strong project management and facilitation skills, and compassion and generosity to every facet of her work.
After living in multiple US locations, her family moved to India for three years, then one year in Singapore. After moving back to the US, they have traipsed their way through Florida (twice), Virginia, Ohio, and Nebraska, and is in the process of building her forever home in the woods outside of Atlanta, Georgia.
Naomi’s love languages are accountability, tattoos, and really good playlists.
