In addition, Zach has held a breadth of positions across the food space, from the COO of an insect protein company to an agricultural consultant for the USDA to the host of a sustainable food podcast. Though varied, this work is all centered around helping to shape a healthier and more sustainable relationship between people and planet.

In her role with the Lifestyle Medicine Program she conducts individual and group medical appointments to educate and empower patients to take control of their own health.
