
Full Moon Wander
ReWilding is coming back to your human nature and embracing your truest self before society told you who you "should" be.

ReWilding Wanders are sacred space for you to reacquaint yourself with what it means to be human. We will walk in nature, taking inspiration from the natural world, and we'll also be wandering into our psyches, and doing inner work that supports us to show up in life as our most free, honest, courageous, and capable selves.
~Evening wanders~
Evening Wanders are a casual introduction to ReWilding. We'll go for a short walk and find a nice spot to gather. Wanders will start with a brief ritual to orient ourselves in the wheel of the year, and set intentions for the next moon phase. The main activity will vary depending on the season, the group, (and my mood), but it will be something chosen to help you become more yourself and more in alignment with nature.
Themes/activities may include
• sharpening your senses
• overcoming fears
• connecting to your intuition
• wild nutrition
• foraging for food and medicine
• outdoor skills and safety
• learning about the elements, seasons and cycles of nature...and more!
If there's something specific you're interested in, message me! I'd love to tailor these to the interests of the people showing up.
Although activities will vary, the intention of every Wander is to give you space to slow down from busy life, to appreciate nature, relax, and discover a new place to go.
Please bring:
• sturdy, weatherproof footwear - we may be crossing rough or muddy terrain
• something to sit on and be comfortable outside - a picnic blanket, camping chair, cushion, etc.
• warm, weather-appropriate clothing
• a journal or notebook and pen
• water
• a thermos with a hot, comforting drink (optional)---

LOCATION:
There's a trailhead off Old Sambro Road. Pass St. Paul's United Church, a few houses, and right after the barrier on the side of the road is the trailhead. You can park on the side of the road and meet at the trailhead.
