Ivan Maltsev is the General Partner at 3x Capital, a Web3-focused venture capital firm. With a strong background in managing blockchain and crypto portfolios, Ivan oversees research and portfolio management across a range of startups in Blockchain Infrastructure, DeFi, and Web3. His career began in crypto asset management, and he has been trading and investing as an angel in the crypto space since 2016. Ivan also holds an MSc in Business Law and a PhD in International Economy.
