​The idea is that one person comes with a specific challenge or problem, and a bunch of us hop on a call to give feedback, advice and support.

​The amazing thing about them is that whilst the person in the hot seat is having their problem solved, everyone else in the session is also learning.

​Every session we've come away with tips, stories, frameworks and advice that we can apply to our own lives.

​It's also a fab way to meet more folks in the community.

​When one of us learns, we all benefit. What a cool system!!

​Leah's challenge:

​I'm looking for help with my resume/branding for my current job hunt. I practiced law for 4.5 years and then pivoted to program management in startups.

​I quit my law firm job in December 2022 and in the last 12 months, I worked for two startups that both went under (one for 6 months and one for 4 months). I'm now looking for a chief of staff/program manager job but if you just look at my resume, it looks like I have legal experience and then only 10 months of post-legal experience and I'm not getting traction in my job hunt.

​I know I'm more than qualified and would be kick ass at senior level roles but technically, I don't have the years of experience everyone wants. I'm not even getting traction with junior level roles.

​I'd love some support and advice on how to break through this. Thank you!
