This empowering session will explore how to push back against outdated norms and rigid expectations often placed on ADHD teens. You'll learn how to advocate effectively within school and healthcare systems, even in the face of resistance, and discover why your lived experience as a parent or caregiver is a vital tool—not a liability. Walk away with practical, real-world strategies to support executive function and build scaffolding around your teen’s unique needs—not someone else’s timeline.
