About Event

*This event is specifically for MTLC Member CTOs and Heads of Technology to discuss operational challenges of the office of the CTO.

Join us for our next CTO peer group meeting. Network with peers and make new connections as we discuss top-of-mind tech and business issues of the day. We will meet at the offices of CarGurus where peers will discuss the following:

Developer experience and engagement: specific focus on maintaining the balance between platform engineering and features, how to prioritize between platform and product, and how to measure and factor in developer engagement.
Financial considerations: topics to be discussed include the managing the costs of building software internally, hosting and infrastructure costs, and workforce -and how to manage expectations from leadership in light of the importance of profitability.
