Event Leader Bios:
Pauline Leung is a Certified High Performance Coach and former Country General Manager and Head of HR at L’Oréal, with 19 years of leadership experience across Europe, Asia, and the U.S. In 2013, she took a career break to study holistic health and yoga. She later returned to corporate as Global Business Development Lead at Ralph Lauren, and then as Head of HR, driving performance, strategy, and engagement at the executive level. Today, she helps leaders optimize energy, think clearly, and lead with intention, because high performance is about more than results; it’s about creating a fulfilling life. Born in the Netherlands, Pauline now calls New York home. She finds balance through movement, writing, and exploring new cafés—and always makes time for meaningful conversations, good company, and her family in the Netherlands and Hong Kong.
Vida Tang is one of Suamora’s dedicated Events Coordinators, bringing warmth and ease to every gathering she is a part of. Formerly the Head of Operations and Social Media Manager at Stax Ice Cream, she’s no stranger to curating delightful experiences that bring people together. During the weekends, Vida shares her passion for learning as a private math and English tutor, guiding students with compassion and care. When she’s not working on our community events logistics or supporting young minds, she’s a proud fur mama — and soon-to-be mama — embracing life’s next big adventure with grace and excitement. Her sweet and easygoing nature makes her a grounding presence in every space she enters.
Jen Gao is the founder and CEO of Suamora Wellness Collective, a mission-driven organization dedicated to fostering emotional and spiritual wellness for members of immigrant families in America. As a daughter of immigrants and a NYC high school teacher trained in Restorative Justice, Jen is deeply passionate about creating safe spaces for healing, empowerment, and cultural connection. Through Suamora Capital, Jen is expanding this vision by developing real estate investments to create sanctuaries for retreats and community initiatives. With a focus on holistic healing, mindful mentoring, and compassionate communication, Jen curates restorative and transformative events, meditation content, and community programs that help individuals navigate life’s challenges with resilience and clarity.
