With extensive experience in marketing and corporate governance, he previously led the Hong Kong Tourism Board and played a pivotal role in shaping Hong Kong's international branding.

"Guide to Hong Kongโs Innovation & Technology Ecosystem and Financing for Start-ups"
Matt holds a Bachelor's from Tsinghua University and an MBA from CUHK. With a background in government and business development, he facilitated the establishment of over 200 Mainland Chinese companies in Hong Kong. Matt was part of the Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation and as president of Hong Kong Science & Technology Youth Federation, he is actively driving the integration of young talent and fostering innovation.
