​About AI LA

​Since 2016, we have been trusted conveners of cross-disciplinary groups of academics, industry experts, and the general public to explore the impacts of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and other frontier technologies, on our personal and professional lives. We host over 100 in-person and virtual events a year; including panel discussions, technical workshops, hackathons, summits and community meetups.

​LA Health Tech Hang was started by Eva Hibnick in 2023. We are a group of 300 healthtech founders, early employees and individuals in healthcare who are curious about the intersection of healthcare and technology. We meet once a month at bars all over Los Angeles. We all have the same goal of improving healthcare and we aim to help each other navigate the complicated and regulated system of healthcare!
