Accelerating Systems-change: Lessons from Nigeria
This session explores innovative, locally led approaches to driving systems change in gender-based violence prevention and maternal health in Nigeria.
Drawing on the experiences of Gender Mobile Initiative and HelpMum Africa, two African Visionary Fund grantees, the discussion will highlight the intersection of funding, policy, and implementation.
It will feature speakers from the African Visionary Fund (AVF), Co-Impact, Helpmum, Gender Mobile Initiative, and a Nigerian policymaker.
The session is highly participatory and will enhance dialogue on challenges, opportunities, and lessons in advancing systemic change.
Attendees will gain insights into scalable models, funding dynamics, and policy advocacy strategies to drive impact in their own ecosystems.
