About Event

When we learn to care for ourselves, our lives get a whole lot easier. The problem is, many of us learned at a young age that self-care comes last (if at all).

The truth is - when we intentionally prioritize self-care in our lives, our health gets better, our relationships improve, we feel more energized, and we are able to show up more powerfully in all that we do.

In this workshop, we'll cover:

  • What actually is self-care and how can it positively impact our lives?

  • Common blocks that stop people from implementing more self care in their lives

  • Inner changes we can make to our mindset that promote self-care from the inside out
