The session will also include a 15-minute practical movement segment led by Diogo Oliveira, Fitness Director at FITQOR, featuring simple yet effective exercises designed to support hormonal balance, reduce stress, and boost energy.

She specializes in mental health and women’s health and holds certifications in ICH, Good Clinical Practice, and clinical investigation.

👉 Diogo Oliveira, FITQOR Fitness Director: Diogo is an experienced fitness professional dedicated to helping individuals optimize their movement and well-being at every stage of life. His approach focuses on integrating strength, flexibility, and functional movement to support hormonal balance and overall health.
