​Heart & Flow is thrilled to introduce "Been There, Done That", an educational book for girls 8 and up, walking them through puberty, hormones, and self-love. Hormone health is vital, but somehow missing in current sex education programs, and we're on a mission to change that. Let's give girls the information & healthy foundation that today's women never had!
